Angela Pajcini is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience serving children and families across a variety of care settings. She previously served as the Director of ABA Services at a well-established ABA organization, where she led clinical teams and supported the delivery of comprehensive, individualized treatment services.
Through her leadership experience, Angela gained firsthand insight into how organizational models and clinical decision-making impact family outcomes. These experiences shaped her belief that ABA therapy should always be intentional, individualized, and centered on the real-life needs of children and their families.
Angela is known for her warm, hands-on leadership style and her commitment to thoughtful, family-centered care. She works closely with clinicians and families to ensure services are collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on meaningful, functional progress that supports long-term success.
Angela earned a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Post-Master’s Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis and remains dedicated to ongoing professional growth. She strongly believes that in-home ABA therapy allows for the most natural learning, stronger family involvement, and more meaningful outcomes. Angela is committed to providing high-quality, in-home services that respect family routines, prioritize relationships, and place the child and family at the center of every clinical decision.
