You will meet with Mariah, founder and owner of BIA, to discuss your family’s current situation and your child’s unique needs. During this conversation, she takes time to get to know you, gain an understanding of where your child is right now, and learn what you are seeking from services. This ensures your goals are aligned and that she can confidently support your family in the way you expect. With experience leading in-clinic programs and delivering in-home services, Mariah is happy to share her approach, values, and professional insight. If it feels like a good fit for you, we move forward to the next step.
Mariah will work with you to schedule a time for a comprehensive in-home assessment. Either she or one of her carefully selected BCBAs will complete a direct evaluation to determine the most effective way to support your child and family. Once the assessment is complete, the BCBA will review the findings with you and recommend individualized goals.
Weekly in-home services will begin with your assigned Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supported by ongoing supervision and guidance from your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). While most companies will randomly assign you a therapist, we prefer to include you in that process of selection.
Our BCBAs provide consistent, in-home oversight to ensure your child’s program is personalized, effective, and grounded in evidence-based practices. We work directly with your team to continually adjust goals and strategies as your child grows.
We equip families with practical, easy-to-use tools that support positive behavior and build independence in everyday routines. Training sessions happen right in your home so skills are learned where they matter most.
Therapists work one-on-one with your child in the comfort of your home, focusing on communication, daily living skills, and behavior support. Each session is tailored to your child’s unique needs and learning style.
We collaborate with teachers and school teams to align goals and ensure your child receives the support they deserve. Our BCBAs help review IEPs, offer recommendations, and provide advocacy when needed. We are also more than happy to attend IEP meetings in person with you to ensure your child’s needs are clearly advocated for.
